Trademarks & compatibility

Synergizing Technologies supplies non-OEM replacement plates and gaskets. This page explains why other companies’ brand and model names appear throughout this site, and exactly what is and is not being claimed by their use.

What we supply

Replacement plates and gaskets manufactured to fit plate heat exchangers built by other companies. They are compatible parts. They are not the original manufacturer’s parts, they are not manufactured by the original manufacturer, and they are not supplied under any licence from them.

Why their names appear here

Because there is no other way to tell you what a part fits. A gasket is identified by the exchanger it seals — an engineer reads a model number off the frame and needs to know whether we can supply for it. Naming the brand and model is the only accurate way to answer that question, and it is used here for that purpose alone.

The names are used as plain text, in their ordinary form. We do not reproduce any manufacturer’s logo, typeface, product photography, drawings or literature anywhere on this site.

What is not being claimed

Synergizing Technologies is not affiliated with, authorised by, or a distributor for any original equipment manufacturer named on this site. Brand and model names are used solely to identify the equipment our replacement plates and gaskets are compatible with. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Nothing on this site should be read as suggesting that any manufacturer named here endorses, sponsors, approves or is otherwise connected with us or with our parts.

Fit, and how we confirm it

Compatibility data is published as we hold it, and a model number alone does not settle a specification: gasket compound follows the fluid and the temperature, not the model. We ask for the nameplate, the service and the plate count before quoting precisely for that reason.

If you believe any compatibility statement on this site is wrong, tell us and we will correct it.

If you are a brand owner

If you represent a manufacturer named here and consider any use on this site to go beyond identifying compatibility, write to sales@synergizing.in with the specific page and wording. We will review it promptly and amend where the point is well made.
