Privacy
This site exists to take a heat transfer duty from an engineer and answer it. The only personal information it handles is what you type into the enquiry form and send us deliberately.
This site sets no cookies
There are no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party tracking scripts on any page. Nothing follows you between visits, and nothing is shared with an advertising network. That is also why you are not being asked to dismiss a cookie banner — there is nothing to consent to.
What the enquiry form collects
Only the fields on the form, and only when you submit it. Nothing is sent while you are typing.

Most of that is process engineering rather than personal information. The personal part is your name, company, email address, phone number and country — what a salesperson needs to reply to you.
Where it goes
A submitted enquiry is written as a row in a private Google Sheet owned by Synergizing Technologies, and emailed to sales@synergizing.in. It is read by our own sales and engineering staff. It is not sold, rented, or passed to anyone for marketing.
It may be shared with a supplier or manufacturer only where doing so is necessary to quote or fulfil what you asked for — for example, to price a gasket compound against your fluid — and then only the technical detail needed for that.
What else is recorded, and why
Your IP address, briefly, as the key that limits how many enquiries one sender can submit in a short window. It is stored against a counter that expires within the hour and is never attached to the enquiry itself.
A delivery failure writes the enquiry into our server log so that a lead is never lost to a misconfiguration. Those logs are held by our hosting provider, Vercel, and expire on their schedule.
Our hosting provider also receives the ordinary technical details of any web request — IP address, browser, the page requested — in the course of serving the site. That is true of every website; we do not add anything to it.
If you message us on WhatsApp
The WhatsApp button opens a conversation in WhatsApp with a message already drafted. Nothing is sent until you send it, and from that point the conversation is governed by WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy as well as this one.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as they are commercially useful — a plate heat exchanger is a long-lived asset and a buyer often returns years later needing the same parts. If you would rather we did not, say so and we will delete it.
Asking to see it, correct it, or have it deleted
Write to sales@synergizing.in from the address you used, or use the details on our contact page. Tell us what you want done and we will do it and confirm. You do not have to give a reason.
This notice describes what this website actually does, in plain terms. It is not a statement of compliance with any particular data protection statute; if you need that assurance in writing for a procurement process, ask us and we will answer it properly.
