Terms of Use
This site is published by Synergizing Technologies so that an engineer can find the right exchanger or the right replacement part and ask us about it. These are the terms on which it is made available.
What you are free to do
Read it, search it, print it, and send any page to a colleague. Quote a short passage with a link back. Use the cross-reference to work out which plate or gasket fits your unit — that is what it is for, and you do not need our permission to use it that way.
What is ours
The photographs, the drawings, the film, the written descriptions of duties and equipment, the compiled catalogue of models and the code that runs this site are the property of Synergizing Technologies and are protected by copyright.
The technical writing in particular is original work. The duty rationales, the construction notes and the selection reasoning were written for this site by people who quote these duties; they are not assembled from a manufacturer's brochure.
What you may not do without asking
- Reproduce the catalogue, or a substantial part of it, on another website or in another publication.
- Copy the written descriptions, rationales or captions into your own material.
- Use our photographs or the film anywhere else.
- Use our name, logo or get-up in a way that suggests we supplied, endorsed or are connected with something we are not.
- Scrape the site by automated means for republication. Ordinary search engine indexing is welcome and is what the sitemap is for.
Ask and the answer is often yes. A distributor who wants to reproduce a page, or a journal that wants a photograph, should write to nitin.gaikwad@synergizing.in.
Other manufacturers’ names
Brand and model names belonging to original equipment manufacturers appear throughout this site to identify the equipment our replacement parts are compatible with. We are not affiliated with, authorised by or a distributor for any of them. This is set out in full on the trademarks page.
What the technical content is, and is not
The duty recommendations, construction notes and selection reasoning on this site are written to help an engineer narrow a choice before they talk to us. They are general, and they are not a design, a specification or a guarantee of performance for your plant.
Nothing here is a quotation. A duty is selected against real flow rates, temperatures, pressures, fluids and materials, which this site does not know. Send us those and we will answer them properly.
Availability
The catalogue lists models we cross-reference. A listing is not a statement that a particular part is in stock on a particular day; stock and delivery are confirmed when we answer your enquiry.
Changes
The catalogue is rebuilt as supplier data is reissued, and the technical content is corrected as our engineers review it. Pages change without notice. If a page has moved, the old address is redirected rather than retired, so a link you saved should keep working.
This page states plainly what is reserved and what is not. It is deliberately not a full set of commercial terms — there is no governing law clause, no warranty disclaimer and no limitation of liability here, because those need a lawyer rather than a web page. For a contract, a supply agreement or a procurement questionnaire, write to us and we will answer it properly.
