SF123 plates and gaskets
Replacement plates and gaskets built to fit the Sondex SF123. Supplied by Synergizing Technologies: these are compatible parts, not Sondex parts.

H is the high-theta (hard) plate, L the low-theta (soft) plate. Mixing them sets the channel's duty. Tell us the arrangement in your unit and we will match it.
Wide-gap plate model. The SF123 is a wide-gap pattern, used where fibres or solids would block a standard plate channel. Plate materials include stainless steel, titanium, 254 SMO, 904L, C276 and others; availability is confirmed per order. See wide-gap plate heat exchangers.
Gaskets are checked for fitment against the plate, and every plate is backlit in a darkened room, where a crack shows as a line of light.
What we need from you
- The model number stamped on the frame, and the plate count.
- The service: what flows through it, at what temperature and pressure. Gasket compound is chosen on the fluid, not on the model.
- A photograph of the nameplate if you have one. It settles every ambiguity at once.
